In addition to equipment built with Advanced Efficiency Lube Filters, they are available as an upgrade for some standard efficiency filters. Although all engine oil filters remove some abrasive particles, many competitive elements are not effective at capturing and retaining the particles that are most damaging to lubrication system components.
