RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1. Scope of Application
This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the APSS online store. By purchasing from APSS, the buyer agrees to adhere to the conditions outlined in this policy.
2. Return Eligibility Period
- Buyers must submit a return request within 7 calendar days of the item received date.
- Returns submitted after this period will not be eligible for processing.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 30 days using the original payment method.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Buyers must click the "Return" button available on their order history page.
- Upload clear photographs showing the item’s current condition.
- Provide a complete reason for the return request.
- All return requests are subject to review and approval.
- Approval Process Duration: 7–14 working days from submission.
4. Approval and Return Process
- Mandatory: Photo evidence of item condition must accompany the return request.
- Upon approval, APSS will provide a shipping label for return shipment.
- Buyer must return the approved item within 15 days from the date of return approval.
- Item must be returned in the same condition as received: new, sealed, unused, with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
5. Item and Packaging Conditions for Return
- Strict Conditions:
- Items must be sealed, undamaged, and include full contents.
- Any missing components, opened packaging, or damaged goods may result in rejection of refund.
- Important: Items not meeting these strict conditions, or without factory approval, may be rejected for refund.
6. Non-Returnable Products
The following categories are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances:
- Calibration Instruments
- Digital Products with Software Licenses
- Made-to-Order or Personalized Products (e.g., engraved or custom-sized items, 3D-printed products)
- Products classified as hazardous (e.g., certain chemicals, batteries, or flammable items)
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Large, Specialized Machinery or Industrial Equipment that is custom-built or made-to-order.
Note: These exclusions will be clearly indicated on relevant product pages and at checkout.
7. Return Shipping and Costs
- If APSS or its supplier delivers the wrong item: APSS's supplier will cover the return shipping costs.
- If return is due to change of mind or buyer’s change in requirements:
- Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Buyer will also bear any additional costs incurred by the supplier (subject to supplier's conditions).
8. Refund Issuance
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and verified at the Singapore warehouse.
- Damaged, defective, or wrong items: Must be returned within 14 days to APSS’s Singapore warehouse.
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be issued to the original payment method within up to 30 days after receipt and inspection.
- Advance Refunds: Not available.
- Shipping Fees: Non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on APSS’s part.
- Note: Refunds may be rejected if returned items do not meet the stated return conditions or lack factory approval.
