RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Policy Overview
This Return and Refund Policy applies to all transactions made through the APSS online platform. By purchasing on our platform, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this policy. APSS reserves the right to update or revise the policy at any time without prior notice, and any such changes will be effective immediately upon publication.

2. Eligibility for Return or Refund
Customers may request a return or refund under specific conditions. These include non-delivery of the product after successful payment, receiving a defective, damaged, expired, counterfeit, or incomplete item, or if the item received does not match the product description or specifications shown on the APSS listing.

In cases where the seller delivers the wrong item, size, or variant, or where the buyer and seller mutually agree to cancel the order, the buyer may also qualify for a return or refund. APSS must be notified of any mutual agreements.

Additionally, if the buyer decides not to proceed with the item for personal reasons, a return may be accepted if the product is unused, remains in its original packaging, includes all accompanying accessories, and does not fall under the list of non-returnable goods. This is subject to final review and approval by APSS.

3. Return and Refund Request Period
For standard products, return or refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date of successful delivery. Requests submitted beyond the eligible period will not be accepted unless under exceptional circumstances, which will be evaluated by the APSS customer support team.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund
All requests must be submitted through the APSS platform via the “Order History” section. Buyers will need to select the relevant order and click “Request Return” or “Report Issue” to initiate the process.

Supporting evidence such as clear photographs or videos of the item and packaging must be uploaded to support the claim. If the request lacks sufficient evidence or does not meet APSS return conditions, the refund or return may be delayed or declined.

Once the request is submitted, the APSS customer care team will evaluate the claim, and buyers will be notified of the outcome via email or through their APSS account.

5. Return Conditions and Packaging Requirements
Returned items must be in their original condition. This means that the product should be unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and returned with its original box or packaging. All tags, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories (if any) must be included.

The product should be securely packed to avoid further damage during the return transit. Customers are encouraged to take pictures of the item before returning, especially if the product was damaged during initial delivery. Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the return request or a partial refund.

6. Responsibility for Return Shipping
If the return is due to seller-related issues, such as incorrect items, defective products, delivery failures, or product authenticity concerns, APSS or the seller will bear the return shipping cost.

However, if the return is initiated for personal reasons such as change of mind, dissatisfaction with product features, or partial return of an order, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. In cases where the seller uses a third-party or private logistics partner instead of APSS’s official courier network, the buyer may also be required to coordinate the return directly.

If APSS determines that the return is not necessary (e.g., minor defects or incomplete packaging), the buyer may be granted a refund without being required to ship the item back. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Return Process for APSS Items
Orders placed with official APSS are eligible for returns via our approved logistics partners. Pick-up or drop-off options will be offered depending on your delivery location and service availability. In these cases, there are no additional return shipping charges.

If the buyer chooses to return the item using a self-arranged courier, a reimbursement for the shipping cost will be provided once the returned product is received and verified. Refunds for shipping fees will typically be processed within three (3) to five (5) business days after APSS confirms the validity of the return.
