Shipping Policy

At APSS, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and securely. We partner with leading international carriers, including FedEx, USPS, and DHL, to ensure fast and reliable shipping from Singapore to various countries worldwide.

I. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all customers using APSS's delivery services via the website, logistics partners, and APSS staff involved in delivery. By using our delivery services, customers agree to comply with the terms in this policy. APSS reserves the right to change the content at any time without prior notice.

The policy applies to all orders where APSS supports delivery. It does not apply to orders where customers or partners use their own transport arrangements.

II. Return and Refund

1. How to Request a Return or Refund

Customers can request a return or refund by contacting APSS directly via hotline, email, or by visiting our office.

2. Time Frame for Requests

For returned orders: customers must request a return or refund within 7 days from the date the order is marked as "Order Completed".

For undelivered orders: customers must request a return or refund within 7 days from the date the order is marked as "Order Completed".

For shipping fee issues: customers must raise the request within 7 days of receiving the shipping cost statement. 

After these time frames, APSS has the right to refuse support.

3. Required Information

Customers must provide the order number, clear photo or video of the product packaging (preferably a video), and the condition of goods upon delivery or return. If possible, include a report co-signed by the delivery service.

For refund claims, valid invoices or proof of product value must be provided. Supporting documents should be submitted within 24 hours after the request is made. If the documents are incomplete or unclear, APSS may ask for additional proof.

4. Processing Time

APSS will review the request and respond within 5 working days from the date all necessary documents are received.

5. Refund Conditions

The refund amount is based on the item’s actual selling price (after any seller discounts) and will not exceed the order total. Proper documentation is required for all refund requests. APSS does not offer refunds for wrongly listed, incorrectly shipped items, or cases lacking adequate evidence. APSS reserves the right to deny refunds in such situations.
