 At APSS, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of products purchased through our online store.

Shipping Policy 

 1. Scope of Application 

This Shipping Policy applies to all domestic and international orders fulfilled by APSS (Asia Pacific Solutions Supply), whether placed through our official website, email correspondence, or partner platforms. It governs the conditions under which APSS processes, ships, and delivers physical goods to customers across all supported regions.  

By placing an order with APSS, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to adhere to the terms outlined in this policy. 

2. Delivery Timeframes 

  • Estimated delivery time will be confirmed at the quotation offer stage.
  • Estimated delivery times displayed at checkout are for reference only and are not guaranteed.
  • Updated delivery times will be confirmed at the order confirmation stage, is subjected to change on account of evolving conditions in global logistics networks.
  • Delivery estimates are calculated based on item weight, dimensions, selected shipping method, and destination.
  • Orders may be subject to processing lead times prior to shipment. APSS reserves the right to adjust delivery timelines as needed. 

3. Shipping Delays 

  • APSS shall not be held liable for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, natural disasters, strikes, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • No compensation or refund shall be issued for delayed shipments under such conditions. 

4. International Shipping 

  • APSS offers international shipping to a wide range of countries. Availability is dependent on product type and destination and is subject to regulatory restrictions.
  • The list of eligible countries will be shown on the product listing or at checkout.
  • APSS reserves the right to decline shipment to certain regions without prior notice, based on carrier availability or import/export regulations. 

5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes 

  • For all international shipments, the buyer is solely responsible for any and all applicable customs fees, duties, VAT, or other import taxes levied by the destination country.
  • These charges are not included in the shipping fees collected by APSS.
  • Any refusal to pay such charges may result in package abandonment. No refunds will be issued under such circumstances. 

6. Shipping Address Accuracy 

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that a complete and accurate shipping address is provided at the time of order placement.
  • APSS shall not be liable for lost, misrouted, or delayed shipments due to incomplete, incorrect, or invalid address information.
  • Shipping to PO Boxes may not be supported by some carriers. Buyers are advised to provide a valid physical address to avoid delivery issues. 

7. Shipping Terms and Tracking 

  • Shipping terms, including cost, method, and estimated transit time, must be negotiated directly with APSS prior to order confirmation.
  • Tracking availability may vary depending on seller arrangement and chosen shipping method. Buyers will receive tracking or delivery updates via email communication with APSS, where applicable. 

8. Damaged or Lost Items 

  • If an item is damaged during transit or deemed lost, the buyer must notify APSS within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date.
  • All claims must be submitted with supporting evidence, including photographs of the item and packaging, or proof of non-delivery.
  • APSS will investigate claims on a case-by-case basis. A refund or replacement may be issued at APSS’s sole discretion upon validation of the claim.
  • Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in denial of the refund request.
