Processing & Shipping Times

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Standard international shipping times vary based on the destination:

  • Europe & North America: 5-10 business days
  • Other Regions: 7-14 business days
• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for select regions.

Shipping Costs & Duties

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support at procurement@apss.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve any issues.

For lost shipments, please notify us within 15 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and assist with a resolution.

Address Accuracy & Changes

• Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
• Address changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.
• APSS is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
