These are one-piece nozzles without any internal vane, providing a larger free passage. The liquid inlet is nearly the same size as the outlet orifice, and their unique design makes them practically clog-free, producing wider spray coverage compared to other nozzles at the same flow and pressure. Capacity values on darker backgrounds can only be achieved with metal nozzles, as plastic materials are too weak to ensure structural resistance under harsh operating conditions.
