Description
CPI®-1009-68 is formulated with high quality hydrotreated mineral oil coupled with an excellent performance additive package.
This lubricant features enhanced oxidation stability and pour point depressant, allowing it to operate over a wide range of temperatures. This oil has low volatility, enabling decreased maintenance and significantly reduced lubricant consumption.
CPI®-1009-68 is particularly suited for use in ammonia compressors with evaporator temperatures greater than -39°C.
Applications and Compressor Type
- Ammonia compressors
- Process gas rotary screw
- Process gas reciprocating compressors
Characteristics of CPI 1009-68 Lubricant
- Has good oxidative stability and thermal stability, allowing it to operate over a wide temperature range.
- Has low volatility, allowing for reduced maintenance and significant loss of lubricating oil.
- When using CPI 1009-68-PDRUM lubricant, it increases the service life for screw compressors from 12,000 to 16,000 hours.
- No carbon and sludge residue.
- Helps save energy.
- Capable of self-cleaning, helping to clean the machine and equipment system effectively.
- Has low volatility, so reduces the amount of oil added and hardly adds oil when operating.
